Mr. Le Quang Phi is the Founder and Partner of STRATIFY PARTNERS. He is a member of ACCA (UK), CPA Australia, and CPA Vietnam (VACPA). He is also a member of the Vietnam Tax Consultants’ Association (VTCA) and holds an MBA degree from the United States.

With over 29 years of professional experience, Mr. Phi specializes in tax advisory, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), business valuation, transfer pricing, and strategic advisory, with strong expertise in both VAS and IFRS. Earlier in his career, he spent nine years working at Big Four audit firms.

Mr. Phi currently leads multidisciplinary advisory teams serving a wide range of domestic and international clients, including multinational corporations, investment funds, banks, and large enterprises. He is also a speaker and lecturer in tax and finance and serves as an advisor to Enterprise Singapore.

Phong Gia is a senior finance, strategy, governance, and transformation executive with more than 26 years of experience across Big Four audit, CFO leadership, restructuring, growth strategy, and board-level advisory work in Viet Nam and Australia. He combines practitioner credibility with formal academic preparation and is increasingly positioned as a scholar-practitioner connecting management research, executive education, and strategic renewal.

He has held leadership roles across EY Vietnam, EY Melbourne, KPMG Darwin, PwC Melbourne, the Victorian Auditor-General’s Office, Thien Long Group, Nam Long Group, Sovico Group, and now LPG BD and Stratify Partners. His experience spans financial reporting, internal controls, governance, capital allocation, mergers and acquisitions, enterprise transformation, turnaround, and long-range strategy implementation.

Phong previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Thien Long Group and later as Deputy Group Chief Financial Officer and Deputy Chief Transformation Officer at Nam Long Group, where he co-developed the Group’s 2021-2030 growth strategy in collaboration with McKinsey. He now serves as Board Member of LPG BD, leading a multi-year transformation programme focused on governance reform, strategic repositioning, and capital structure optimisation.

He is also Co-founder and Partner of Stratify Partners, advising Vietnamese growth-stage firms on strategy, governance, capital allocation, organisational capability, and scaling discipline while converting practitioner experience into executive education and case-development material.

Alongside his executive work, Phong is active in teaching and scholar-practitioner development. He is currently a doctoral researcher at Warwick Business School, University of Warwick, with research interests in strategy, governance, organisational resilience, and decision-making under turbulence in emerging-market firms. He graduated with an MBA and a Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Strategy from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, a Postgraduate Certificate in Business Research from the University of Newcastle Australia, and a BSc (Hons) in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University. He is also a standing member of FCCA, CA Australian and New Zealand, and CPA Vietnam.

Mr. Manoj Menon is a Partner at STRATIFY PARTNERS and a Malaysian national, specializing in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and corporate finance. He is a member of CPA Australia, holds an MBA from Australia, and is also a member of CISI (UK).

With over 30 years of professional experience, Mr. Manoj has held senior leadership roles including Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Finance Director at various listed and private companies across diverse industries such as manufacturing, building materials, environmental services, steel, luxury retail, and aviation. Earlier in his career, he also worked as an auditor at one of the world’s leading global audit firms.

Over the past decade, Mr. Manoj has focused on advising businesses and entrepreneurs on capital raising, restructuring, and financial governance. He currently serves as the CISI Program Director in Vietnam and lectures in finance and accounting at several universities both in Vietnam and internationally.
